Coco is a certified barre, mat pilates, and personal trainer. She developed Coco & the Sun's signature barre method through her many years of experience as a barre student and instructor.

Natasia is a certified mat pilates, barre, and dance fitness trainer. She developed Coco & the Sun's signature Full-Body Sculpt method through a combination of her experience dancing on school teams and her training in pilates.

Kengie is a certified Full-Body Sculpt and dance fitness trainer. Originally from Singapore, she was on the dance team at the University of Hong Kong.
