This class was designed for those who want to focus on strengthening their core, chest, and back. It incorporates low-impact floor exercises practiced on a mat. From beginners to the more advanced movers, come tone your muscles while also improving body alignment, posture, strength, and flexibility.

Barre 

This class was designed for those who want to focus on strengthening their main muscle groups. This class is suitable for all levels (and men too!). Barre is a full body workout that uses low-impact, small, pulsing movements to work deep in the muscles. From beginners to the more advanced movers, come expecting to shake and feel the burn from your thighs all the way up to your arms!

HIITPlay

This class was designed for those who want an extra challenge. ‘HIIT’ stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise followed by short breaks, highly effective for burning calories, while also building strength and endurance.

 

This class is suitable for all levels.

Zumba

Let loose, have fun, and come join the fitness dance party! Alternating between high and low-intensity songs, Zumba is an interval-style fitness class without feeling like a fitness class.  This class is perfect for those who get bored on the treadmill but want that extra cardio boost to burn calories.

Piloxing

PIloxing combines muscle toning from pilates, cardio from boxing, and simple dance movements. This class is suitable for those looking to improve their strength, endurance, and coordination, all while having fun doing it!
