Coco & the Sun was created with the mission to help everyone grow more comfortable in their own skins through exercise. By creating a fun and welcoming environment, we aim to help you get in the habit of moving with our classes
We offer classes both in our studio in Sheung Wan and online live.
Our online LIVE classes are designed to fit the fast-paced, busy Hong Kong lifestyle - only 30 minutes per class, fit a sweat before work or during lunch, with your LIVE instructor.
STRENGTHENING + TONING
Barre is a full body workout inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga. It uses low-impact, small, pulsing movements to work deep in the muscles - especially the legs.
Focus on toning and strengthening your muscles, especially your bum and core, to the beat of the music! Sculpt uses low-impact, small pulsing movements.
Based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening your core muscles, while also training your arms and back. It is great for improving body alignment, posture, strength, and flexibility.
"Ditch the workout, join the party!" Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class with movements including Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and more!
‘HIIT’ stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a workout that combines short bursts of intense exercise followed by short breaks, highly effective for burning calories.
